The Thomas Dubs Foundation was initiated by Thomas Dubs and established on March, 2007 in Zurich, Switzerland. On March 29, 2007 it was inscribed in the Commercial Register of Zurich. The tax-exempt foundation, domiciled in Zurich, was recognized by the Swiss government as an internationally active foundation, and on June 6, 2007 placed under the supervision of the Department of the Interior (EDI). The Thomas Dubs Foundation promotes the wide-ranging work of Thomas Dubs which includes paintings, drawings, etchings, crafts, play objects, children’s books, musical instruments, sculpture for institutional and public spaces and, in particular, the book, "Die schöpferischen Schichten im Menschen." The Thomas Dubs Foundation is a non-profit organization. It places at the forefront of its priorities the research into the creative potential of the individual.
